We reserve the right to modify the Strength Co. and Terra Gym Line website and the following terms at any time and without notice. The following terms are effective until terminated by us. If the terms are thought to be void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a governing force, please email the administrative team of Strength Co. advising the specific reasoning of the incorrect provisions.

As Strength Co. apparel and Terra Gym Line accessories are limited and exclusive, exchanges of sizes may be restricted due to limited stock. Should the item you have ordered not be available, sold out or not in stock, we will send an email as soon as possible to the supplied email address to confirm the restock timing or advise otherwise.

Information and liability

Strength Co. (& Terra Gym Line) strives to keep the information stored on this site up to date, but cannot guarantee that the information provided is completely accurate. This site is a dynamic site and while we are continually updating the information and content, it may not always be accurate, current or complete and may change without notice. We give no warranty and accept no responsibility for the accuracy or the completeness of any of the material contained within this site. Any mistakes that are brought to our attention will be corrected as soon as possible.

Orders

• All customers will receive an email confirming their order and receive the tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

• While we try to ensure all information, prices and dates that appear on the platform are accurate, errors may occur. If the platform contains errors or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies, we may choose to not fulfil any order (or part of any order) you have placed and we will refund you the monies you have paid to us relating to the order we have chosen not to provide.

• If we are unable to fulfil your order, Strength Co. will send an email as soon as possible to the supplied email address and explain the reasoning.

• Should the item you have ordered not be available, sold out or not in stock, we will send an email as soon as possible to the supplied email address to confirm the restock timing or advise otherwise.

• Strength Co. is not responsible for any failures of delivery by the delivery carriers, this includes if an order is delayed, misplaced, lost or stolen during transit however we will do everything possible to assist.

• We are not able to delivery to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a full residential address. For shipments to a business address please include the full trading name, and whichever required, the suit, unit and/or building number along with specific delivery instructions.

Returns and Exchanges

As Strength Co. apparel are limited and exclusive, exchanges of sizes may be restricted due to limited stock, Terra Gym Line accessories are able to be exchanged until the product has sold out completely. Should the item you have ordered not be available, sold out or not in stock, we will send an email as soon as possible to the supplied email address to confirm the restock timing or advise otherwise.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, show no sign of wear and tear and have all tickets and labels intact.

2. Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

3. Any discounts received at the time of initial purchase will be honoured

4. We will not accept returns of any product that has deodorant, makeup, tan stains, loose threads or any stains and it will be shipped back to you.

• Please email teamstrengthco@hotmail.com with the reasoning of return/exchange, order number and and delivery postcode to begin the process of your return.

• Refund requests will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from the total amount of the refund.

• We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving your items and will send an email as soon as possible to the supplied email address with updates.

Online cancellations and order amendments

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

• Change of delivery address

• Changes to colours and sizes

• Adding or removing items

• Applying discounts

• Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
